Library Cards
Forman Valley Public Library is a district library, meaning, our boundary lines are the same as the school district. If you live within this zone (your children will attend Midwest Central Schools), you are considered an In-District card. If you are outside of this zone (your children does not attend Midwest Central Schools) then you are considered a Non-Resident.
If you are unsure if you are in our district, you can follow the link below and search your address in the system. It will tell you if you are in a library district and if so, which one (if it does not show a library then you are considered a non-resident):

Households are required to pay a fee of $60.00 per year to obtain a library card. This $60.00 will allow every member in the home to obtain a card.
